What a misnomer calling the father a guardian or that guardian a father. Tough to read.

The poor man, it was his father who "consented" for the first four failed attempts. At that point, as a father, wouldn't you stop to think if this was the right thing to do? No one wants to see their children hurt.

My autistic step daughter was subjected to this by her inept father, result, multiple seizures. Carer is sometimes an oxymoron without the oxy. All the best & Merry Christmas 🎄

I absolutely agree.

The idea that UZM could not consent because he didn't understand the nature of the treatment.

Well....

That could be anyone who rolled up their sleeve, repeatedly, thinking that the shots would just stay at the injection site, wouldn't send lipid nanoparticles to every major organ, and would protect others.

They clearly didn't understand the treatment either!
